I’m Stefani — a Clinical Herbalist, Registered Holistic Nutritionist (in training), and mom who believes that feeling good in your body shouldn’t feel confusing or overwhelming.
My passion for natural wellness began years ago with a deep curiosity about plants, food, and lifestyle choices, and how they influence how we feel day to day. Like many women, I’ve experienced the frustration of trying to do “all the right things” — eating better, trying supplements, following advice — yet still feeling like something was off.
That curiosity led me deeper into herbalism, nutrition, and the many lifestyle factors that influence how we feel day to day.

Over time I realized that many women are experiencing similar frustrations: bloating that doesn’t make sense, constant fatigue, brain fog, and weight that seems resistant to change.
Often they’ve tried multiple approaches but still feel like they’re guessing.
That’s where my work comes in.
My Background
I hold a Chartered Herbalist Diploma from Dominion Herbal College and am currently continuing my education in holistic nutrition. Over the years of running my beauty business focused on toxin free products and services, my work has evolved from beauty services into a more whole-person approach to wellness — supporting women who want to better understand themselves and feel more confident in their health-related choices through food, herbs and everyday lifestyle habits.
That experience helped shape how I view wellness today — not just what we put on our bodies, but how we support them from the inside through food, herbs, and everyday lifestyle habits.
Through this work I’ve developed a deep appreciation for how interconnected everything is: digestion, stress, nutrition, sleep, and environment all play a role in how we feel.

How I Support Clients
Today I primarily work with women who feel like their bodies have changed and they can’t quite figure out why.
Many of them are experiencing things like:
• persistent bloating
• low or inconsistent energy
• brain fog
• stubborn weight resistance
• digestive discomfort
Together we take a step back and look at the bigger picture of your wellness — your habits, patterns, nutrition, lifestyle, and the areas that may be influencing how your body is responding.
My goal isn’t to overwhelm you with information.
It’s to help you understand your body better so you can make confident, sustainable choices moving forward.
My Approach
I believe wellness should feel empowering — not fear-based or confusing.
My approach focuses on:
• food first
• herbs as supportive tools
• simple lifestyle adjustments
• understanding patterns instead of guessing
There’s no one-size-fits-all solution, and I don’t believe in quick fixes. Instead, I focus on education, simplicity, and sustainable habits that fit into real life.
Outside the Work
When I’m not working with clients or blending herbs, you’ll usually find me:
• enjoying time with my family
• spending time outdoors
• cooking, experimenting with herbs, or baking
• relaxing with good food, good wine, and great company
